2000
Established on December 8, 2000, with a capital of 10 million yen in Tennoji Ward, Osaka City, the company was launched to market and license brands in the lifestyle market (covering clothing, food, housing, and leisure).
2004
As the business expanded, the headquarters were relocated to Hiranocho in Chuo Ward, Osaka City. The company ventured into the food and beverage industry, opening its first directly operated store, "M's Yakiniku Fukushima Branch," in front of Osaka Fukushima Station. This is now known as "Yakiniku M," the main store in Osaka Fukushima.
2005
Capital increased to 22 million yen. The company undertook marketing operations for overseas food brands.
2006
Matsuzakagyu yakiniku M” Hozenji Yokocho branch opens in Namba, Chuo-ku, Osaka-chi

Increased capital to 71.8 million yen

Capital increased to 92.8 million yen. The headquarters were relocated to Nakanoshima in Kita Ward, Osaka City.
